Special Campaign - Humanitarian Relief

 

From February to March 2014, we partnered with sister organization Indonesian Diaspora Network and the Indonesian Red Cross on a special fundraising campaign to provide humanitarian relief for victims of natural disasters. We raised more than 200 million Rupiahs ($17,000) for the Red Cross.

 

Throughout December 2013 and January 2014, Indonesia has been hit by multiple natural disasters - eruptions of Mt. Kelud and Mt. Sinabung as well as floods in Menado and Pantura. We are blessed by genorosity of the Indonesian community, special thanks to the Houston Indonesian community through the Charity Night, the Florida Indonesian community through the Voice of Indonesians (VIDA) organization, individual donations via check or online.
